We have no shortage of amazing restaurants and a handful of them are offering pop-up dinners within themselves. Our beloved eateries are keeping things interesting by offering special nights with themes different from what’s normally on the menu. The Andes Hotel
This restaurant and bar is cooking up something special for the winter months. Stop by on Sundays for wood-fired pizza specials with salads and garlic knots from 12pm-7pm. On Thursday, have some fun with Hot Pot Night. Enjoy a simmering broth with veggies, beef, and pork sides with duck fried wontons.

Offering Winter Series Farm Dinners, Bovina Farm & Fermentory wants to invite everyone in on these colder days of winter. Enjoy a multi-course meal paired with their house brewed beer.
Brushland Eating House
Bovina Center, NY
Brushland has been offering a unique dining experience in Bovina for nearly a decade. Year-round they offer Persian Dinners on or near each month’s full moon, and miscellaneous pop-up dinner with guest chefs in the area.
Strickland Hollow Tasting Room & Bottle Shop
The husband and wife duo behind Strickland Hollow simply do it all. They own a NYS Tasting Room & Bottle Shop, distill exceptional brandy and spirits, offer engaging cooking classes, and now, for winter, they are offering Winter Wine Dinners. At their tasting room in Delhi, they will offer a prix fixe menu paired with wine.
The Tulip & The Rose
This restaurant offers a rotating menu of international cuisine with a menu that changes weekly. They offer hot-pot evenings, brunch, and other special dining events. Their food is delicious and well-received. Vice Munchies even stopped by to make this video!
EightyMain Kitchen & Bar
Known for their house made pasta, EightyMain is mixing things up this winter. They are offering Send Noods Ramen Night, and Burgers & Caviar, among others.
Open during the summer months but worth the mention anyway, Uncle Brother, a restaurant in a renovated car dealership, hosts guest chefs each weekend in Hancock, NY. Along with rotating chefs and menus, there is a large gallery in the back with art changing periodically all summer long.
