Triple filtered, pure Catskill water out of the faucet. Bathroom with tub, shower, modern Japanese porcelain sink and toilet. Handmade barn wood shelves. Direct access to the master bed room and kitchen.
Great area for hiking, bicycling, visiting antique stores, yard sales, skiing and snowshoeing in winter, horseback riding. Visit the Book Village of Hobart and the villages of Bovina, Delhi, Andes, Meredith, Cooperstown and many other undiscovered villages nearby. They can direct you toward trails, swimming holes, recommend farm-stands, other places to eat, walk, ride.
