Pakatakan Motel

The Pakatakan Motel is located at 145 Pakatakan Road, just two-tenths of a mile off state Route 28 in Arkville, NY.

The motel is nestled on the side of the Pakatakan Mountain, in the heart of the historic Pakatakan Artists’ Colony. The colony homes, most of which still exist, were once summer cottages to famous artists such as Parker Mann, Edward Loyal Field, Alexander Wyant and J. Francis Murphy.

Fishing is world-class at nearby legendary streams such as the East and West Branches of the Delaware River, the Esopus Creek, the Bushkill, the Beaverkill and the Willowemoc. And for trophy trout and bass, the Pepacton Reservoir offers big-fish excitement.

It is a Non-Smoking facility. All rooms have air conditioners, coffeemakers, refrigerators, microwaves, wifi and complimentary bottled water.
