Livestock Foundation Dairy Learning Center

The Livestock Foundation Dairy Learning Center has opened to the public as a community center dedicated to sharing the collective histories and culture of Bovina and surrounding towns through our dairying heritage. What was the original milk receiving room of the former Bovina Center Cooperative Dairy, has evolved into a time capsule sharing where we have been, prompting reflection on our modern food system and giving visitors a birds eye view onto the Creamery’s processing floor, where milk, yogurt, cheese and butter are made with milk from the neighboring farm!
