The Great Western Catskills is now home to an authentic Tibetan restaurant in Delhi, New York.

A momo is a type of steamed dumpling with some form of filling. It has become a traditional delicacy in Nepal, Tibet and among Nepalese/Tibetan communities in Bhutan, as well as people of Ladakh, Northeast India and Darjeeling regions of India.

The savory dumplings can be found at Catskill Momo’s with a variety of fillings in a variety of preparations including in soup, in a sauce, steamed or pan fried. They also serve noodle dishes, desert and more.
