Get Moving in the Great Western Catskills

Nothing says “healthy” like a lungful of the fresh mountain air of the Great Western Catskills. What better environment is there for you to get outside, get moving and getting fit? There’s no shortage of trails, paths, rivers and lakes for you to do so on your own or you can take part in one of the many healthy outdoor events taking place in our area. The 26th Annual Delhi Bridge Run
June 4, 2022
Hoyt Park, Delhi
The Delhi Bridge Run and Walk help to raise money for local charities and provides scholarships for local athletes. The 5K is back this year at a new location, Hoyt Park. Visit the Run’s Facebook page for more information.

Run Wild in The Catskills

Catskill Scenic Trail
This is a half-marathon and relay race along the Catskill Scenic Trail that benefits local fire departments, school districts, the CST and local running programs. Visit their website and follow them on Facebook and Instagram for updates on the 2022 race.

Catskill Mountain Yoga Festival

The Catskill Mountain Yoga Festival is a family-friendly festival that incorporates yoga & meditation for anyone and everyone! Instructors from all over the country will be showing up to the mat with over 30 yoga classes and workshops. Classes will be indoors, outdoors and even on the mountaintop!

10th Annual Best Dam 5K Run/Walk and 6K Paddle
