Our Sugar Bushes are in Delaware County, New York, between the East and West branches of the Delaware River, in the Western Catskill Mountains. Our Sap house is nestled in a small town in the heart of the Catskill Mountains. During the 70's and 80's syrup was made as a hobby and production on a larger scale started in 1991. We are very proud to again be producing Maple products utilizing the same sap bushes my Grandfather did in the 40's and 50's. (see picture below of Burton Reed's sap house) We currently have 3000 taps on vacuum and are working to increase that number.
Our goal is not only to share our award-winning maple syrup with you, but also to give you an inviting and memorable experience.
